Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our friendly team to work on our Helpdesk . The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner be enthusiastic and hard working. The primary purpose of the role is take in work orders and process them, provide support to the management team and engineers. Deal with day to day queries that may arise. You will also provide additional support to other departments when required.

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with our customers
  • Ensure all incoming calls are answered promptly and forwarded to the correct departments
  • Deal with queries via phone and email
  • Liaising with the engineers and providing support
  • Provide administration support
  • Raising job orders and passing out work
  • Produce quotation /documents / letters /correspondence
  • Invoicing
  • Keeping up to date records
