  • Responding to inbound calls and emails from a variety of clients
  • Liaising with internal teams and sub-contractors to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Providing first-class customer service with professionalism and care
  • Logging and managing requests using helpdesk systems

ABOUT YOU

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • A real people person with excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in a customer-facing role
  • Understanding of helpdesk operations (preferred but not essential)
  • Confident keyboard and IT skills
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject (preferred)
