JOB DESCRIPTION:

Shift: really needs to be somewhat flexible with shift work and some weekends. There HD is a 20/7 environment.

  • Strong communication skills
  • Windows environment .
  • Network troubleshooting experience is a must
  • ServiceNow ticketing system
  • This person should be able to perform the normal coordinator duties however should have more advanced knowledge in the following areas
  • Networking
  • Server troubleshooting
  • Reporting
  • Multi-tasking
  • Incident Management- bonus

Ability to identify trending and analyze issues
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

  • Help desk: 5 years (Required)
  • Windows: 4 years (Required)
  • Ticketing systems: 3 years (Required)
  • Phone support: 3 years (Required)
