Descrição da postagem Aon is looking for a Helpdesk Support to join our Technology Services team in Portugal. About the Role As a Colleague Technology Services Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality technical support to Aon colleagues, ensuring smooth operation of IT deskside environments. You’ll play a key role in hardware lifecycle management, user support, documentation, stock control, and fostering best practices in technology adoption. What You’ll Do Deliver deskside support to colleagues across Aon, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests. Manage hardware installations, moves, changes, recoveries, and stock levels, according to Aon Global Standards. Maintain high standards of asset security and compliance. Provide L1/L2 support, including Tech Bar support where available. Travel between Aon offices within the region as needed. Assist with software compliance, documentation, reporting, and knowledge base updates. Mentor junior IT team members and contribute to continuous service improvement. Support adoption of new technologies across the business. What You Bring Strong experience in IT deskside support in enterprise environments. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Solid technical proficiency across PCs, and Microsoft Office environments. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive and organised mindset. Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize workload, and engage effectively with stakeholders. Customer‑centric approach and enthusiasm for supporting colleagues. Preferred Qualifications Working toward or holding Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCITP) or equivalent. Understanding of ITIL Service Management principles. Experience in enterprise desktop management and IT hardware guidance. 2569295
