Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Helpdesk Coordinator for a contractual assignment based in Smethwick , B66.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • At least 2 years of previous customer service/admin experience
  • Valid DBS certificate
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems is desirable
  • Must be confident using Microsoft applications
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
