REQUIRED SKILLS: (NEED MAJORITY; 5+ YEARS)

  • 3–6 years in Help Desk or IT support with increasing responsibility.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Proven ability to lead technical troubleshooting sessions and resolve escalated tickets.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

  • PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Microsoft Intune (compliance policies, app deployment).
  • Deep understanding of Windows 11, iOS, and endpoint security principles.
