About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Helpdesk Intern to join our Digital Experience & Enablement team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, technology-forward environment supporting IT operations, enhancing digital workflows, and contributing to emerging initiatives around AI and knowledge management.
In this role, you will provide responsive and effective technical support to end-users, assist with hardware and software troubleshooting, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations of workplace technology. You will also play a key role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of AI-driven agents for internal productivity and self-service, as well as managing and optimizing SharePoint environments for collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.
