REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance planning or coordination role, preferably in repairs, or facilities management environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent knowledge of maintenance management systems and planning tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities
  • Create, assign, and manage work orders through the Management System (Simpro) and Client based interfaces.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Prioritise maintenance tasks based on urgency, safety, and operational needs.
  • Ensure that all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and materials used.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize maintenance processes.
