As a Technician with us, you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing user computing experiences. Your role will involve providing remote and onsite support, solving technical woes, and ensuring our clients are delighted with the service we provide. We’re looking for individuals who are not just tech-savvy but also bring energy and a willingness to dive into the latest technologies and processes.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and resolving user issues promptly while maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service. You’ll work within a structured problem-solving process, collaborate with other team members and vendors, and strive to meet established service level agreements (SLAs).
In this role, you’ll get to utilize cutting-edge tools and technologies, update service requests, and liaise with both our team and external support resources to tackle complex IT challenges. We value relationship management and expect you to coordinate resources effectively to resolve intricate issues.
