About the Role

As a Helpdesk Support Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support across a diverse client base. You'll be responsible for managing incidents and service requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolutions that maintain strong client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1–2 helpdesk support across desktops, servers, and cloud environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents efficiently in line with SLAs
  • Manage and prioritise service requests through the ticketing system
  • Support Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and common business applications
  • Escalate complex issues where required while maintaining ownership
  • Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of processes

About You

  • ~2 years' experience in an IT Helpdesk or Support role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
