E-Logic is seeking a Help Desk & Desktop Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support for township employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
  • 13 years of IT support experience.
  • Familiarity with Windows environments, email systems, and printer support.
  • Strong customer service skills.
    Important Notice:
    This role is part of a proposal for the Lower Nazareth Township. Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant. Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission
Responsibilities
  • Respond to IT help desk requests for desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Configure and troubleshoot email systems and spam filtering tools (Barracuda or better).
  • Support township staff with workstation setup and maintenance.
  • Provide employee IT/security training as needed.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
