Responsibilities

Your days will be varied, keeping you engaged with both technical support and project work. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll get up to:

  • Helpdesk Support: Resolve both software and hardware issues, providing top-tier support to internal and external clients. Your solutions will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day productivity of the company’s clients, ensuring their tech runs smoothly.
  • Client Visits: Travel to different sites (must have a car and driving license) to assist with IT setups and support. This provides you with the opportunity to build strong client relationships while expanding your technical expertise.
  • Server Installations: Help install and configure Servers as part of larger IT infrastructure projects. You’ll be at the forefront of hands-on technology implementations that shape the backbone of businesses.
  • Cyber Security Projects: Once you’ve passed probation, you’ll be deployed on exciting security and penetration testing projects.
