THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
They’re looking for someone with some IT helpdesk experience, but more importantly, someone who’s passionate about delivering excellent customer service and strong troubleshooting skills. If you’re a social, friendly, and confident communicator who enjoys client-facing roles, this could be the perfect fit. The role requires a driving license and a car, as there will be visits to client sites, where you’ll get hands-on experience.
