GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HelpDesk Support professional to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent technical support to end-users, helping them resolve software and hardware issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and services.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Strong written and verbal English communication skills. B2 Level
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Proven experience in a HelpDesk or technical support role.
· Document all work performed in a highly detailed and accurate manner in the incident ticketing systems.
· Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
· Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve technical problems quickly.
· Experience with common helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
· Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
· Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
EDUCATION:
Engineering degree (graduated or studying) in: System Engineer, Software Engineer/Developer Networking, Telecommunication, Telematic, Electrical, Electronic or related fields in the IT, communication and technology industry.
