Position Overview: We are looking for an individual who is passionate about technology and loves to learn new things! As an applicant for this position, you should have experience in troubleshooting computer systems, preferably in a business environment. Along with technical support, this individual would be an important part of a small team that is excited to use technology to innovate and challenge the status quo. Job Description: Configure and maintain equipment like PCs, printers, scanners, IP based telephones, and network equipment. Assist with installation, troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, networks and medical equipment. Troubleshoot, document and resolve technical issues with local and remote equipment. Provide end-user support for a variety of web applications. Assist in implementing projects. Assist in planning, timelines and documenting when applicable. Assist in office remodels/build outs and computer rollouts. Assist in training and user education on topics such as security awareness, business efficiencies using technology, and etiquette. Requirements Competencies: Analytical Skills - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem. Communication, Oral - Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.
