Location address: 2704 N Garey Ave, Pomona, 91767 (DOC)* Primarily in Pomona (DOC) and secondary San Bernardino (AMF), but flexiblewith periodic facility visits on other campuses.Job Description * Helpdesk offering in-person, on-phone, and virtual/remote support for hardware and software issues. - 10 + years of enterprise IT experience supporting at least 200 users. * Enterprise remote mobile device management. * Enterprise user equipment provisioning, installing, and maintenance – smartphones, desktops, laptops, tablets, VoIP, and POTS phones. * Enterprise asset inventory management, including procurement, assignment, re tirement, and disposal. * Printer management – local and network printer setup, install, troubleshooting. * Authoring and upkeep of documents for User Guides and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP). * Audio/video conferencing equipment support and maintenance. * End-user training, including the creation of pre-recorded training videos. * Maintenance of locomotive passenger WIFI, passenger information, and automatic passenger count systems. - Lift up to 40 lbs. * Valid Class C Driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record of no more than three moving violations and no DUIs within the last three years.
