Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join one of our teams working with a leading Portuguese company specializing in the distribution of press, books, and convenience products. It operates nationwide, ensuring efficient logistics and supply chain solutions for retail partners.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You will be responsible for performing Helpdesk tasks, including configuring hardware and software and providing technical support for desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. You will also be required to install equipment at points of sale as needed.
