Job Summary: Assist technicians and supervisors in carrying out preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities related to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, Fire & Life Safety, and other building services. The role involves supporting maintenance operations, handling materials, maintaining housekeeping, and ensuring safe execution of works within facilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist technicians during maintenance and repair activities. * Carry tools, materials, equipment, and spare parts to work locations. * Support cleaning, housekeeping, and preparation of work areas. * Assist in loading, unloading, and movement of materials. * Help in basic maintenance activities under supervision. * Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times. * Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops, and service areas. REQUIREMENTS: * High school education or equivalent preferred. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or related field. * Physically fit and capable of manual handling activities. * Basic understanding of workplace safety requirements.
