We specialize in ductless heat pumps, gas, wood, and electric fireplaces, and we take pride in being the company that people call when they want things done safely, efficiently, and professionally.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class 5 or 7 BC Driver’s License in good standing
• Comfortable with hand and power tools
• Ability to take direction, ask questions, and absorb technical information
• Respectful demeanor and tidy appearance—our work is in people’s homes
• Technical aptitude—interest in electrical, gas, and refrigeration systems
• Residential construction experience is a major asset
• Electrical, Gas or HVAC experience

WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES

You are expected to start assisting experienced gas fitters and HVAC techs. You’ll be involved in real installs from day one—not just cleanup duty. This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment where attention to detail, safety, and respect for the customer’s home are non-negotiable.

Your key responsibilities may include:

• Top priority: Working toward your “C” Ticket (Appliance Service Technician – Class B) (Online Course)
• Assisting in installations of gas, wood, and electric fireplaces
• Assisting in the installation and commissioning of ductless heat pumps
• Learning to troubleshoot and understand gas & electronic controls
• Using and maintaining proper tools and equipment
• Working in customers’ homes with the professionalism and courtesy we expect from all our staff
• Participating in warehouse receiving, cleanup, and seasonal work (especially summer shop projects)
• Heavy lifting and physical work
• Problem-solving and taking initiative where appropriate
