SKILLS

  • Previous experience as an industrial or commercial electrician is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment.
  • Understanding of low voltage and high voltage systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of electrical concepts and construction site practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Assist electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in both industrial and commercial settings.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assigned tasks.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to assist in project execution.
  • Help with low voltage and high voltage electrical installations under supervision.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on electrical equipment and systems.
  • Support the team in adhering to National Electrical Code (NEC) standards during all work activities.
  • Participate in site preparation, including frame carpentry as needed for electrical installations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
