As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Helper/Install Technician to help power up our mission. Position Overview: As a Helper/Install Technician, you will assist our expert installation electricians and service teams to wire, install, and maintain standby generator systems and related electrical equipment. Key Responsibilities: Assist lead electricians/technicians in the installation of generator systems. Pull wire, bend and install conduit, and assist with wiring electrical devices and control panels Prepare job sites by gathering necessary tools and materials for efficient installations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after installation projects. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide updates on project status. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in ongoing training to develop technical skills and product knowledge. Routine maintenance checks and repairs on generators to ensure optimal performance. Help troubleshoot and diagnose generator issues under the guidance of experienced technicians. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions Comfortable working with various tools Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn Available Monday- Friday 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. (occasional flexibility required for emergencies) Why Work at Generator Supercenter?
