REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Awareness of workplace safety practices and the ability to follow them.

• Assist skilled workers, such as electricians, plumbers, carpenters, or masons, with various tasks.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing them as needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders to complete tasks.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of workstations and equipment.
• Carry and transport materials to different locations on the job site.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep tools and equipment in good condition.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support the team in any other tasks required to ensure project success.
