Job Title: Helper Reporting to Section Head Department / Plant Name   Section   Grade 1 Job ID 30000078   Job Purpose Helpers is responsible to assist construction workers by performing various tasks, such as cleaning work areas, unloading materials, preparing worksites, and cleaning debris. They serve important roles by expediting the completion of construction projects. Job Responsibilities Primary Duties & Responsibilities •    At the end of a workday, construction helpers remove all debris, pack up tools, put away any unused materials, and take down bracing and scaffolding if necessary. •     keep debris away from active worksites throughout the day to ensure the safety of workers moving about the area. •    operate equipment to dig trenches, nail together boards for framing, or assist tradesmen with installing windows, electrical or plumbing systems, or other areas of construction. •    Set up workstations, run lines for power tools, erect scaffolding, lay out tools, set up forms for the pouring of concrete foundations, and even hand tools to workers as they perform their tasks. •    Performs other job assigned.    Education High SchoolExperience Minimum 1 year job related experience.
