Description

Bachelor's degree or other post-secondary education 2+ years' experience in a healthcare related role Knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems including health policy trends, reimbursement systems (inpatient/outpatient/physician/ASC), medical claims data and associated documentation and coding terms. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite), including high level of competency in Excel Analytical experience utilizing large data sets to draw conclusions about market size, targeting, opportunity assessment, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting Customer-facing experience (i.e., customer service, complaint handling, etc.) Bachelor's degree, other post-secondary education, certification or significant experience in health economics, health care administration, public health, data analytics, biostatistics, epidemiology, nursing, or related discipline Ability to work collaboratively, as well as advance initiatives independently in a fast-paced, matrix environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey research finding, insights, and recommendations to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Medicare and Commercial medical claims data sets Familiarity with Endoscopy procedures and products Demonstrated responsiveness and sense of urgency when pursuing goals and completing tasks Demonstrated ability to set and manage priorities, manage multiple projects Experience working as part of both functional and cross-functional teams
