Posting Title: Hemato Onco Industry: Health Care Salary: ₹3 LPM TO 6 LPM Work Experience: Fresher Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field (B.Sc. or equivalent). Strong foundational knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and pathology, with a focus on hematological and oncological conditions. Familiarity with laboratory procedures, diagnostic testing, and medical terminology. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a compassionate, patient-first mindset. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-pressure clinical environment. Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative in a fast-evolving healthcare setting. Valid certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
