SearchPlus HR is actively seeking a qualified Hematologist to join a leading Private Healthcare sector facility. This role involves delivering expert diagnosis and management of blood-related diseases and conditions while providing compassionate patient care in a state-of-the-art private healthcare environment. Key responsibilities include assessing patient symptoms, ordering and interpreting laboratory tests, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team to ensure optimal outcomes. The successful candidate will contribute to clinical excellence and patient education within a private healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients suspected of having hematological disorders. Order, analyze, and interpret diagnostic hematology tests and imaging. Formulate and implement individualized treatment strategies, including chemotherapy and transfusion therapy when appropriate. Monitor patient progress closely and adjust treatment plans according to clinical response. Collaborate effectively with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Inform and support patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and prognoses. Engage in continuous professional development and stay abreast of advancements in hematology. Qualifications: Medical doctorate (MD or DO) with completed residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Hematology. Board certification in Hematology preferred. Relevant experience managing a broad range of hematologic conditions within a private healthcare setting is a plus. Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary medical team. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth. Working Time is Full Time.
