REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Some technical aptitude, preferably in LCI parts and RV applications.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, SharePoint.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous scheduling experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing/industry experience.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Greet customers in a timely and professional manner – customer courtesy is essential to this position.
  • Schedule customer appointments while maximizing service technicians’ schedules.
  • Liaison between customer and technicians. Must be able to listen to customers and translate concerns and questions from customer to technician and vice versa.
  • Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and any possible changes.
  • Prepare estimates with detailed and accurate information for necessary work needed on the customers’ unit.
  • Accurately completing all customer repair orders that clearly describe the units underlying problems; including issues discovered and services required.
  • Maintain accurate and on-time reports / records relative to the service departments operations with the company; assure that all charges related to repair orders are posted properly and repair orders are closed on a timely basis.
  • Place part orders for repair orders and ensure the parts are on site prior to customers scheduled service arrival
