JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Hemp Portfolio Manager at Best Brands, Inc. plays a crucial leadership role in managing our growing portfolio of hemp-derived and THC products across all markets and sales channels—on-premise, off-premise, chain, and convenience. This role requires a driven, knowledgeable individual who can expertly navigate emerging product categories, inspire sales teams, and build brand awareness and customer engagement across Tennessee.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Passion for the hemp/THC or wellness beverage industry
• 3+ years of experience in beverage sales, portfolio management, or emerging CPG categories
• Demonstrated success in team leadership or sales enablement
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently within a fast-changing environment
• Strong understanding of state and federal compliance regarding hemp/THC products

REQUIREMENTS:

• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
• Driver’s License (Required)
• Willingness to travel throughout Tennessee (Preferred)
