Temporary Specialized Teacher
An opportunity exists for a caring, dedicated, and resilient teacher to join the Herald School community as a full-time temporary teacher in the Division’s Specialized Programs for the start of the 2025-2026 school year. The teacher will be responsible for programming for students with specialized medical, cognitive, and/or behavioural needs. The successful candidate must be aligned with the values and vision of Herald School and Medicine Hat Public Division. Preference will be given to candidate with a strong background in inclusive education and/or proven experience in working with students with diverse and complex needs.
Herald School is a Kindergarten through Grade 6 school, hosts the MHPSD Specialized Middle School Program and has a population of approximately 170 students. Herald School is dedicated to preparing students for happy and successful lives as ethical citizens and engaged thinkers.
