Description Assist in maintaining the nursery by helping to load/unload deliveries, watering plants, organizing and stocking products from shipments. Answer questions about material or direct guests to appropriate sales associate for assistance. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in the nursery by engaging with customers on site and making their experience positive. Requirements Must be able to lift 30 pounds Follow all safety and security policies and procedures. Effectively communicate with co-workers and customers. Arrive on time and be ready to work scheduled hours. Stand and walk for long periods of time on asphalt, concrete and other varied surfaces. Work in all weather conditions: snow, rain, freezing temperatures, wind and extreme heat. Wear appropriate clothing for each season. Expected to work weekends and holidays. *Glover Nursery reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
