Description

We are recruiting for an Herbicide Spray Technician with prior experience and knowledge of invasive weed treatment. This is a mobile role with a works van provided, travelling each day to pre-booked treatment visits to service an existing client base. Manchester based, or within wide surrounding areas.
Japanese Knotweed Ltd and Environment Controls specialise in the control and removal of Japanese knotweed, other invasive plants/species, asbestos and other ground contamination, and amenity weed management, throughout the UK. We mitigate and solve the problems these issues cause for property developers, construction companies, facilities management companies, corporate clients, local authorities, housing associations and private homeowners. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience in herbicide/chemical treatment, Japanese knotweed and other invasive weeds.
An excellent focus on customer service.
Must hold NPTC/Lantra card, category PA1 & PA6.
PCA Technician qualification would be highly desirable.
General knowledge of plants or horticulture background.
Adaptable and flexible approach to work and a drive to provide a quality output.
Good IT skills.
A full driving licence.
