We are looking for a Cultural Heritage Team Lead to join our Heritage team in Melbourne. This role will lead our heritage projects, drive business development, and influence how we deliver. You'll be responsible for: Leading and contributing to heritage projects across multiple sectors Building and owning strong client relationships Driving proposals, pursuits, and business development Shaping and improving how we deliver heritage services Mentoring and growing a capable, expanding team Setting the standard for professional and ethical practice About you 8+ years' experience in a relevant heritage or technical discipline Advanced qualifications (postgraduate degree or equivalent experience) Proven experience delivering complex projects Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools Professional, adaptable, and motivated to help build something meaningful Why Fyfe?
