We provide top-tier training for the right candidates, so if you're ready to learn, we’re ready to help you grow! Key Responsibilities: Perform HERS tests on HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. Drive within a 60-mile radius or more to job sites (car allowance and fuel card provided). Submit detailed inspection reports via computer or smartphone. Ensure all work is completed with precision, integrity, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Climb ladders, work in attics/crawlspaces, and handle equipment up to 50 pounds. Requirements HERS Certification or willingness to become certified. High School diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to work in varying conditions (hot, cold, cramped spaces). Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Familiarity with computers or smartphones for submitting reports. Preferred Experience: Background in HVAC, plumbing, attic work, insulation, or related fields.
