REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid NMC registration (RGN)
• Previous experience in community nursing (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Community Nurses to join our growing team for placements across Leicester. You will be working within the community, providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or care settings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver holistic nursing care in line with NMC standards
• Conduct patient assessments and create care plans
• Administer medication and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with wider healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
• Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
