Build relationships, close deals, and make a name for yourself in the market. Use samples and catalogs to demonstrate the benefits of our premium horticultural products. Make a lasting impression on customers. Handle everything from pricing and contracts to accurate order entry. Ensure timely delivery and satisfaction. Meet and exceed targets. Provide expert solutions that keep customers coming back. Keep everything organized with accurate reporting and order tracking. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Business, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field is a bonus. 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in horticulture or agriculture. Proven success in hitting sales targets and working with wholesale/retail customers. A passion for horticulture and industry trends. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with CRM software and order systems. Organized, self-motivated, and ready to hustle! Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will meet new and established customers, build relationships, and close deals in the horticultural market. They will also handle pricing, contracts, order entry, and ensure customer satisfaction.
