Farm HGV Class 1 Driver.
Based on the banks of the Tay, at Glencarse, Perth, Scotland, The Stewart Family and our predecessors have farmed at Tofthill since 1930. Stewarts of Tayside is borne out of the dedication, passion and experience of the Stewart family and our staff over a number of decades. We pride ourselves on the quality of our produce and efficiency of growing, harvesting, packing and delivering it to our customers 52 weeks of the year.
Successful candidates will be responsible for moving large agricultural vehicles (STGO Cat 2) and hauling produce from field to sites, as well as undertaking an array of different jobs throughout the year, all of which will be local work.
You will have an HGV Licence category CE, together with a Digital Tachograph Driver Card and a current DCPC Qualification Card.

The main requirements for the HGV Driver role are:

• HGV Class 1 CE License
• A Digital Tachograph Card
• CPC Card
• Lowloader and bulk trailer experience
• A good understanding of drivers’ hours and the working time directive
• No prior DD10 Convictions (at least 10 year old)

• A strong work ethic
• Our operation runs 7 days per week so flexibility is important.
