Job Overview
We are an experienced, dynamic company seeking a skilled and dependable HGV
C1 Container Tramper Driver to join our logistics team in Blackburn. The successful
candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across
different routes. This position requires a strong safety focus, excellent driving skills,
and effective management of delivery schedules. Prior experience with containers is
essential.
Duties
 Start Date: Must be able to start on: 22/09/2025
 Operate a 70 Plate MAN TG3 TGX 510 HGV in compliance with all traffic
laws and regulations. A minimum of two Years’ experience in HGV C1 is
required.
 Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good
working order.
 Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption,
and any incidents that occur during transit.
 Communicate effectively with the transport team and customers regarding
delivery schedules and any potential delays.
 Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on the road.
 Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring that goods are
delivered promptly.
Experience & Benefits
 Proven experience as an HGV C1 Container Driver is essential.
 Familiarity with Skelly trailers’ operations is necessary.
 Valid Drivers CPC qualification and Digi Card are required.
 Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best driving practices.
 Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
 A good understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures will be
advantageous.
 LTD company or self-employed - £1000 per week (Monday to Friday),
including nights out.
 Fixed and punctual weekly payments.
 MAN TGX TG3 510 equipped with a microwave and fridge.

 Currently, all work involves containers, so only apply if you have experience in
the container industry.
 We are only operating MAN TGX 510 trucks; therefore, you will only be
driving these trucks during your time with us.

drivers, and you are expected to keep your truck clean and tidy.
 This work is straightforward, and you will be well-supported by our planners.
