I am currently looking for a Class 1 C+E Driver (Tramper) Self employed / LTD company driver for an immediate start to work for a General haulage business. Driver will keep the same vehicle and therefore take pride in its appearance and upkeep.
This is General Haulage work which involves nights away. Approx 2-3 nights out. Mon - Fri. occasional Sat. The ideal candidate will have experience in general haulage and a good geographical knowledge of the UK. Good timekeeper, flexible with a can do attitude.
Good rates of pay, paid weekly including night out allowance.

• Class 1 C+E licence mandatory
• Valid CPC card and digital tacho card
• 1 year driving experience Class 1
• Good timekeeping, reliable, flexible & ability to work under pressure
• Comply with Driver hours & Road transport directive (WTD)
• Carry out daily walkround checks & report all defects
• Ensure load safety and security and within the legislation
• Good communication to ensure a smooth operation and exceed customer expectations

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £49,000.00 per year
