We are looking for an experienced Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently from one location to another, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and experience in long-distance hauling. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Drive a truck in a safe and responsible manner.
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations while driving.
• Maintain logs of trips, hours, and other pertinent information.
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip to ensure it is in good working order.
• Load and unload cargo according to company policies and procedures.
• Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Iver SL0 9HL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Driving: 2 years (preferred)
• class 1: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
• Driver CPC (preferred)
