Company Description Rexel is looking for an experienced and proactive HGV Driver Trainer to join our Aylesbury Distribution Centre & Wider Supply Chain Network. This is a Monday to Friday role, with expectations to be flexible across AM, PM & Night shifts. This role is ideal for someone with strong HGV driving experience who is passionate about driver development, operational safety and compliance. Working closely with the transport team, you’ll support day-to-day operation through coaching, monitoring performance, and providing retraining where needed. What we’re looking for: Flexible to work early, late and night shifts as required Hold a UK Driver Accessor Certificate and proven experience within the field Minimum 3 years of HGV driving experience, across varied HGV vehicles Experience conducting driver assessments Valid Class 2 HGV licence, digital tachograph card & In Date CPC Card Good understanding of HGV mechanics and maintenance Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Working Time Directive Confident with driver checks, reporting and record keeping Strong communication skills to engage & support drivers in learning and improving.
