This is a temporary role for 3 months, potentially longer. The hours of work are 7.00am – 3.00pm, Monday to Friday and pay rate is £14.26 per hour.

Your duties will include;

• Operating a variety of waste collection vehicles, using safe and efficient driving techniques and adhere to clients’ requirements.
• Assisting with delivering an efficient waste collection and disposal service within York.
• Observing health and safety requirements and be responsible for the safety of the crew, yourself and members of the public.
• Working within a team of waste loaders and assist with loading duties when needed.
