Atlas of London are giving the opportunity to join our exciting team of delivery staff! Atlas of London are the retail delivery partner for a number of high-end furniture brands delivering across the UK. The role entails delivering furniture into homes and stores across the UK. We deliver to the room of choice, unpack, install and remove the packaging leaving the customer very happy. No house is the same and all furniture is different so being able to adapt with variety is key.
We are looking for motivated people who get satisfaction from a job well done, and we believe in training and rewarding staff. No prior experience is required and we provide full on-the-job and industry-specific training and actively look to develop staff with further skills.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated HGV Driver to join our team at Atlas of London. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across various locations throughtout the UK, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

The most important attributes we look for are positivity and motivation. We are searching for individuals that relish variety and the occasional challenge.
· We are customer facing, so a clean, polite and presentable manner is vital
· Good communication skills
· The ability to work within a team
· A good level of fitness
· Reliability – we are a logistics company and so being reliable and punctual is very important to us
· Relevant qualifications if applying for HGV driving role

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid HGV Driving Licence/CPC Card
• Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Excellent time management skills and reliability.
