We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and reliable HGV Grab Driver / Reinstatement Specialist to join our team at our Widnes depot. Key Responsibilities Excavation and Backfill: Safely manage materials using the Grab wagon, assist with manual backfilling and material movement High-Quality Reinstatement: Ensure precise reinstatement work and safe working around buried utility plant (cables, pipes, etc.) Safety Critical Work: Maintain safe operations near overhead electricity and telephone lines Site Management: Responsible for all Signing, Lighting, and Guarding (SLG) of work areas Compliance: Follow all Safe Systems of Work procedures Key Requirements Full HGV Licence with authorisation to operate Grab/Lorry Loader vehicle Minimum 1 year demonstrated experience operating a grab wagon (clamshell attachment preferred) Streetworks Qualification Units 1-7 (or equivalent) Current EUSR CSCS SHEA Power card (or equivalent for utility work) Full, clean driving licence (minor points considered) Qualifications Desirable Qualifications First Aid Certificate Manual Handling Certification Abrasive Wheels Training Additional Information Why Join Us?
