We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated HGV Technician Supervisor to join our dedicated team in Corby.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an HGV Technician.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Good understanding of VOSA standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience with MOT preparation and parts management preferred.
• Supervisory or team lead experience is an advantage but not essential.

Licence/Certification:

Work Location: In perso

• Diagnose and repair faults on HGV vehicles and trailers to a high standard.
• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing in line with VOSA regulations.
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Take vehicles to MOT testing stations and ensure they are MOT-ready.
• Manage parts inventory and ordering using a purchase order (PO) system.
• Perform additional duties as required by the workshop manager or operations team.
