Job Description HGV Operative Doncaster Permanent/Full time Competitive salary + Benefits Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing, building, and getting things done? Like the idea of no two days being the same? Ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle anything from tank cleaning to spill response? We’re looking for a HGV Operative to join our team in Doncaster.. someone who can jump into action, drive our kit, and keep things moving with serious skill and pride! What You’ll Be Doing: Working on interceptors, tanks, pumps, and probes – from installation to inspection, servicing to decommissioning. Responding to spills, fly-tipping, and other callouts – you’ll be a key player in environmental clean-up. Using your jetting, digging, repairing, and technical know-how in industrial settings and on civils projects. Operating vehicles and equipment (including HGVs and excavators, if qualified). Supporting our Environmental Protective Services team with all things gritty and ground-breaking. Qualifications What we're looking for: Previous experience of operating in a similar role / environment would be highly advantageous. HGV Class 2 licence (ADR preferred but not essential) Experience with RAMS documentation A flexible, can-do attitude – some overtime & call-outs required Background in multi-skilled trade work (plant operation experience is a bonus!)
