  • Experienced HGV Technician – Fleet maintenance experience preferred
  • Will consider Level 2 qualified or time-served technicians
  • Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Class 1 licence desirable but not essential (training provided)

Responsibilities
  • Carrying out inspections, servicing, and repairs on HGVs to DVSA standards
  • Diagnosing and rectifying faults on a range of vehicles and trailers
  • Performing preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and breakdowns
  • Conducting MOT preparation and presenting vehicles for testing
  • Completing job cards and service records accurately
  • Ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and to high safety standards
  • Supporting the workshop team and mentoring junior technicians when required
