HGV TECHNICIAN (NIGHTS)

Location: Trafford Park
Salary: £24.47 per hour (including shift premium) + Technician Grade Bonus
Hours: 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern, 6:00pm – 6:00am
Contract: Permanent

OVERVIEW

We’re looking for experienced HGV Technicians to join a busy commercial vehicle workshop in Trafford Park. Working nights on a 4 on / 4 off shift, you’ll be carrying out a range of maintenance, servicing and repairs to keep vehicles safe, compliant and on the road.

• Carry out routine servicing, repairs and inspections on HGVs
• Diagnose and rectify faults in line with DVSA standards
• Prepare vehicles for MOT testing and presentation
• Complete accurate job cards and paperwork
• Work to manufacturer and company procedures to ensure first-time fixes
• Support colleagues and maintain a safe, efficient workshop environment
