HGV TECHNICIAN (NIGHTS)

Location: Widnes
Salary: £24.47 per hour (including shift premium) + Technician Grade Bonus
Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 6:00pm – 6:00am
Contract: Permanent

OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join a well-established commercial vehicle workshop in Widnes. This is a night shift role, working Tuesday through Friday, carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repairs to keep vehicles safe, roadworthy, and compliant.

• Routine servicing, inspections, and general maintenance of HGVs
• Fault diagnosis and repair to DVSA standards
• MOT preparation and presentation
• Completion of all required paperwork and job cards
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
• Supporting workshop colleagues and maintaining high standards
