SHIFTS:

  • Monday to Friday - early shift
  • OPTIONAL call out rota - Additional £5,876 p/year + attendance fee
  • OT paid at 1.5X to 3X
    We are seeking a HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic for an industry leading client in the Hastings area. Our client is well respected in the HGV fleet industry and a household name in the area who are currently undergoing further expansion, therefor future progression is a strong possibility. Duties:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Perform inspections, routine maintenance, and repairs on various HGV/Trailers.
  • Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.
  • Keep accurate records of work carried out and parts used, maintaining thorough documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • NVQ Level 3 (will also consider time served applicants).
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and software
  • Strong problem-solving skills
