ABOUT THE ROLE

As an HGV Refuse Collection Driver, you’ll be responsible for:

• Driving a Refuse Collection Vehicle on established routes
• Working closely with a crew to ensure efficient and safe waste collection
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism while representing the Council and Rightmann
• On rare occasions when driving work is not available, you may be asked to assist with loading duties

To be successful in this role, you must hold:

• A Category C + E (Class 1) HGV Licence
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• A Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card (DQC)
• A responsible attitude and team-oriented mindse
