Job Title: HGV Workshop Administrator
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (occasional Saturday mornings as and when required)
Location: Market Weighton

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused HGV Workshop Administrator to support the smooth running of our busy workshop. You’ll make sure the admin side is handled efficiently so our technicians and workshop team can focus on keeping vehicles on the road.

• Creating and managing job cards for all workshop jobs
• Ordering and tracking parts
• Liaising with customers for updates and approvals
• Updating maintenance schedules and service records
• Supporting the Workshop Controller with day-to-day admin tasks
• Filing, data entry, and general office duties within the workshop
